Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

If you haven't received your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — then contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Tracking Tips

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships.
  • If your tracking shows "label created" for more than 2 business days without movement, contact us and we'll investigate.
