At VeroGent, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to customers within Australia.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping option selected.

Any available free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and any delays outside our control.

Standard Australian delivery: approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

VeroGent is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at verogent.net@gmail.com.

DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are managed by the carrier.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at verogent.net@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you with the next steps.

VeroGent is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, incorrect addresses, customs delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

PRE-ORDER OR BACKORDER ITEMS

If an item is listed as pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be stated on the product page where possible.

Orders containing pre-order or backorder items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
